Course Requirements -

• Advanced Open Water
• Minimum age 15 years old
• Minimum of 15 logged dives

Course Duration - 1 day theory, 2 days diving

Course Equipment -

• Normal single cylinder
• No Twinsets or Stage cylinders needed
• All normal diving equipment including dry suit

Cost - £175 including PADI Enriched Air Diver (Excluding Equipment and entry fee to open water sites)

Would you like to be able to spend more time underwater and not have to worry about narcosis?... If so then the recreational trimix course will allow you to do that.

Recreational Trimix allows you to extend your no decompression limits because there is more oxygen in the mix so you absorb less nitrogen.  There is also helium in the mix so that you have less narcosis, so you can explore sites without any problems with narcosis.

This course is an equivalent level to Enriched Air Diver, but has the added benefit of allowing you to dive without narcosis.
