Have you ever wondered how great it would be to capture the entire amazing underwater world that you have experienced in a photo that you can keep forever!

Now you can, with the Underwater Photography Speciality.

No experience needed, it’s all taught on the course, by our Underwater Photography Instructor, Steve Griffiths.

We strongly recommend you complete the Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality first, as it will help you have better control when taking photos.

This course is run at various UK dive sites and is a great course to complete on one of our Red Sea trips.

The PADI Underwater Photographer Specialty course covers basic underwater photography with special emphasis on practical photographic techniques. The course focuses on:

• The planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of underwater-photography diving
• Photographic principles, composition, film types, flash/available light photography and camera handling techniques
• The preparation, care and maintenance of photographic equipment

How can I continue my adventure?
Your Adventures in Diving Underwater Photographer Adventure Dive may count towards this Specialty course at the instructors discretion. This Specialty also counts toward one of the five Specialties required for your Master Scuba Diver certification
