Course Requirements

  • Have GREAT FUN!
  • No diving experience necessary
  • Minimum age: 15 (junior 10 years old)
  • Be able to swim 200 metres non stop any style
  • Be able to tread water for 10 minutes
  • Be medically fit to dive

Course Duration

  • Independent Home Study
  • 2 Days Academic and Confined Water Training (pool)
  • 2 Days Open Water Training
  • The course normally takes 4 Days to complete, over two weekends.
  • Tailor made courses can be arranged for Weekends, Weekdays and Evenings at NO EXTRA CHARGE (Minimum 4 Students)

The PADI Open Water Diver certification is the most widely recognised and respected in the world

This course will teach you all the skills needed to dive independently of a PADI Professional, to a maximum depth of 18 metres, safely and confidently.

The course is run by our Highly Qualified Instructors, who are all members of PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and have years of teaching experience.

The course is divided into 3 sections:

  • Academic Training (Independent Study and Classroom)
  • Confined Water Training (Pool)
  • Open Water Training (Lake)
  • (5 Academic modules, 5 Confined Water Modules and 4 Open Water Dives) to complete for certification.

How can I continue my adventure?
When you complete your PADI Open Water Course, you can begin your PADI Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver Course.

These courses are designed so you can move straight on to the next level, while continuing to gain experience, confidence and knowledge.
